All classes require pre-registration. Just bring a mat and some water—we’ll take care of the rest!

This is our signature pole offering! It’s what Dance Temple is all about. Temple Flow Pole is an all-levels pole class that includes a sensual mat warmup to stretch and strengthen, instruction on the pole and optional free dance!

Wednesdays, 10:00-11:00am
This class is an invigorating lunch hour break designed to give you that goddess feeling you can carry with you for the rest of the day. This all-levels class includes a flowing warmup, pole tricks & spins, and floor work.

Beginner Flow Pole is a class specifically dedicated to the basic fundamentals of pole dance. Whether it’s your first time trying pole, you’re returning to pole after a long break or you simply want to slow things down and revisit the basics, this class is a great place to land! Class will start with a short warm up on the mat, followed by learning a few foundational pole moves and then close with a short flow that puts everything together.
Note: This class is not a pre-requisite; beginners are welcome to ANY class at Dance Temple. If this class doesn’t work for your schedule, we invite you to try one of our other classes!

Thursdays, 6pm-7:30pm
Get grounded and explore your somatic flow in this all-levels modern dance class. Feel delighted and inspired as you move through space, create shapes, explore weight-transfer, balance and improvisational movement.

Fridays, 10am-11:30am
This all-levels class gently explores classical ballet forms through flowing sequences and mindful movement. We’ll focus on alignment and spacial awareness to cultivate strength, grace, and a deeper connection to our bodies.

Last Friday of the month, 6:30pm
This is it! What we’ve all been waiting for! An evening of non-stop free dance! (everyone’s favorite part ;) Bring an outfit and music and express yourself in community; come witness and be witnessed as we cheer each other on! We’ll have a brief warmup and lots of fun and embodied movement.
NEW for 2026! Temple Jam is not just for members anymore! …You know when something is just SO good you have to share it! Temple Jam is now available to purchase and attend “a la carte” for non-members!

Float & Flow is an all-levels pole class devoted to exploring spins and flow sequences that emphasize ease and fluidity. This class invites you to refine technique on the ground and in the air, moving from an embodied, sovereign practice. We focus on listening to your body, honoring your own rhythm, and finding freedom within the movement.
Expect a balance of playful exploration and thoughtful guidance, with options offered so you can meet yourself exactly where you are. Whether you’re new to pole or expanding an established practice, Float & Flow supports you in moving with softness, strength, and self-trust.

Low Flow w/ Heels is an all-levels pole class rooted on grounded, sensual movement around the base of the pole and beyond. Heels are an invitation — not a requirement — and all movements are taught with layered options so you can move in ways that feel supportive, safe, and authentic to you. Sensuality here is not something to perform, but something that comes from the inside out.
Expect a spacious, supportive environment where you’re encouraged to listen inward, move deliberately, and explore confidence through presence. Whether you’re new to heels or deepening an existing practice, Low Flow w/ Heels offers a grounded space to let loose and have fun!

Embodied Strength is not your average conditioning or flexibility class. This class offers exercises and stretching designed to support an evolving pole practice – without pressure to push, perform, or override your signals. Movements (with particular attention to shoulder strength, stability, and long-term joint health) are paired with breath, pacing, and rest, allowing strength to emerge from awareness rather than force.
This class emphasizes deep listening to your body. You’re encouraged to modify, pause, or rest as needed, honoring your body as it is each day. Expect to leave feeling more connected, supported, and capable — not depleted.
This class is open to all levels and complements any movement practice, whether you’re new to pole or seeking a more sustainable, nourishing way to build strength.

Open Studio / Goddess Stretch is a morning devoted entirely to you.
This is not an instructor-led class, but a retreat-like space, a ritual, a sacred exhale where you are in charge.
You’re invited to use the time in whatever way feels most nourishing to you. Practice and play on the pole, explore deep stretching or gentle movement, rest on the floor, journal, or relax with a cup of tea. There is no agenda, no choreography, and no expectation; just the luxury of time for yourself.
This offering is about spaciousness, autonomy, and listening inward. Come to move, come to rest or come to be held by the space. Whether you’re integrating your practice, tending to your body or craving quiet connection, Open Studio / Goddess Stretch offers a supportive container to begin your day and move with intention.
