Our very first event at Dance Temple was at the winter solstice last December 2024…. So much has transpired in all our lives since then! Come mark time and connect to the arrival of the new season; come walk the spiral with us!
A Spring Equinox Ceremony
Balance & Equilibrium
The Spring Equinox, a threshold where light and dark meet in perfect harmony, is an invitation for us to do the same.
As the natural world awakens, we will honor and remember that balance is not stillness ~ it is a sacred dance between light and shadow, giving and receiving. Holding in perfect equilibrium all our emotions: the challenging ones & and the ones we are welcome.
In this ceremony we will acknowledge the natural cyclical rhythms of Earth and how it relates to our life, we’ll connect with the elements, engage in a powerful practice of energetic release and retrieval. We will complete our ceremony with a guided meditation to connect with ourselves and honor the start of spring.
Cinthya will serve her single origin cacao as a sacred plant ally to support us.
In signature Dance Temple style we will close the evening with an inspiring dance demonstration!
