On the longest day of the year, come join us for a special evening Solstice ceremony! We will celebrate out-of-doors at a beautiful private location in Harwinton, CT.
In collaboration with ceremonialist Cinthya Font, we will honor the change of seasons and welcome summer!
Themes of Gratitude & Forgiveness will be explored as we walk the rock spiral garden(!), light a bonfire, drink cacao, release fire lanterns and dance!
The location of the ceremony will be emailed after registration.
About Cinthya Font:
Cinthya is twice-certified as Circle Facilitator, Cacao Ceremonialist, Herbalist, Reiki 1, Montessori Teacher, Master Gardener, Mediation Guide, Course in Miracles Teacher and a lifetime student. She grew up in Sonora Mexico within the Yaqui traditions. Raised by her grandmother, she learned to use plants and energy to align body, mind and soul for healing & empowerment. She completed her studies at the National Institute of History & Anthropology in Mexico City, and in 1998 moved to Connecticut. She frequently travels back to different parts of Mexico to work with modern day Curanderas from Oaxaca, Sonora, Merida, Tabasco and Mexico City.
