Join us at Dance Temple for a three-part journey through the elements—Fire, Earth, and Water—each designed to awaken the body’s natural energy and restore harmony from within.
Through intentional movement, breath, and stillness, we’ll explore how Fire, the element of Summer, ignites vitality; Earth, the element of late Summer (the transition between seasons), grounds and centers us; and Water, the element of Winter, teaches us to flow with life’s rhythm.
This series welcomes all levels and offers a space to reconnect, release, and realign with the elements that move through us all.
Qigong at Dance Temple is a gentle yet powerful introduction to this ancient practice that cultivates life force energy (Qi) through breath, movement, and mindfulness.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for free movement—no equipment or mats needed. Avoid restrictive clothing and excess jewelry that makes noise, as it can distract others and interfere with Qi flow.
About the Instructor Catherine Hansen:
As a certified Qigong teacher, Catherine helps others release emotional burdens, restore balance, and cultivate inner peace through movement and breath. She offers group classes and one-on-one healing sessions, integrating coaching, energy healing, and intuitive card readings to support a more gentle, harmonious way of being.
